May

I was shopping one weekend at Dutch Growers in Saskatoon. If you haven’t been I highly recommend. If you have been, you understand exactly why I went there for some retail therapy. While I was there, I came across this incredible lettuce leaf vase. Every piece on this table was inspired by the centre piece vase. A spring garden theme. Dutch Growers collaborated with me on this table supplying me with the vase, pitcher and green glasses. As well, as the ceramic veggies surrounding the vase.

Additionally, during the month of May I stumbled across a local company that aligned so beautifully with my business. Wonderland Wicks, is a local candle-making brand. They take antique glass vessels and use them to make candles. Once burned, you are left with a lovely piece of glass. I gathered the contrasting modern plates and napkins from Homesense.

This table is a perfect blend of old and new. Mixing modern finds with older pieces and collecting bits from many different places. I hope you enjoy and this table provides some inspiration for you this spring.

The small cocktail glasses and candlestick holder is from Kinder Surprises Antiques.

Tulips from Costco.
